Quick Pickled Cucumbers
The perfect side dish to accompany any asain inspired meal.

Ingredients
4 medium sized Persian cucumbers
2 1/2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
3/4 cup of rice wine vinegar
Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
Cut your cucumbers into half and the half into small half-moon shapes.
Place your cut cumbers, sugar and rice wine vinegar into a bowl.
Stir a few times and add salt to taste. We typically use about 1/2 teaspoon.
Let the cucumbers marinate in the fridge uncovered while you prepare the remainder of the meal. Enjoy after 20 minutes.
